First time ordering from 6 Elements. The sushi was the best we ever had.
The sushi seemed like it was microwaved and warm. The soup noodles were reminicent of out-of-the bag food isle food. I don't kmow how this place has such a high rating as it makes no sense from what ive experienced.
Two of us went here on a Friday evening without reservations but nevertheless were seated promptly by the friendly hostess. There is a large varied menu featuring the usual Japanese dishes including sushi and also some Thai offerings. Although some Indonesian selections were on the menu they were not available. There is a small bar and a number of beers and wines are available. The noise level is on the loud side but we could converse without shouting. And the service was quite good as was the food brought to us. This is a very good choice overall.
The staff is awesome I frequently do take out but when I have time off work I would go and sit in to relax and eat..food is fresh and plated well. Great place
What a great new place in Merrick! Nice ambience, great food and service to boot! Nice little bar that has top shelf liquor, I really enjoyed the wonton soup,Ginger house salad,Volcano roll,Spicy shrimp and sesame chicken! Fried Oreos and chocolate molten lava cake Dessert were fabulous too! If you’re in the area check out this quaint little Asian fusion restaurant out, you won’t be disappointed!
