If I could give one star I wouldMarch 4th 2022- I tried entering the premises after closing hours although the drive through was still open. After constant knocking on the front door due to a serious emergency that had happened outside in this parking lot. The first male worker that was at the drive through was very disrespectful and kept screaming at us to leave. This was in a very unprofessional manner. When we were asking for a manager to speak to for footage we were told they weren’t there and then a female worker came, additionally with an attitude, although helped us and told us to come back tomorrow. My experience here wasn’t the best I wouldn’t recommend unless your in the mood to be disrespected, such as I was. Very disappointed in the service on this night. First and last time coming.
I am utterly disgusted with this place! They always get my order incorrect but today after seeing an insect at the bottom of my FINISHED drink is where I draw the line! This place needs to have an exterminator come and the employees need to pay ATTENTION when preparing drinks! I will never return! I rather not digest insects!
I went to Dunkin donuts yesterday ,the drive thru was full and I decided to walk in the store, there was a gentleman by the door and he informed me that all the doors were locked but I saw 2 customers inside,I tried to open the doors and knocked but I was ignored when one of the customers was leaving one of the employees opened the door for him and I managed to get inside, I asked what was going on I didn't see any sign about the closing of the doors, I asked for the manager and was told , she wasn't there I told them I was going to complain and they refuse to take my order, i couldn't get anything.
Just good for a fast coffee, but even then its not so good
Uncomfortable, manager or owner was yelling at employees the entire time while waiting on me. Otherwise, love the coffee & munchkins
Only had regular coffee and it was poor quality. Perhaps it was bottom of urn but very poor. Definitely would not go there again
Took my wife here. Basically I'm unable to eat here. No gluten free items. Come on DD.. Get with it already!!!
One of the best Dunkin Donuts I've ever been in. Very clean and hygienic environment, well lit and beautifully maintained drive thru facility, courteous and welcoming staff. Overall a great experience!
I think it’s a shame when someone is spending almost $20 & they still can’t have the decent respect to make the food right and not carelessly. For any food industry fast food or not if you are an employee you should have more respect for the customers especially if they’re bringing you business. As for the managers, if an employee is going to be careless in that way they shouldn’t be working there and that’s that.
Coffee and donuts were very good, however, every DD loses a star for weak ambiance and being a little dirty.
