My how the mighty have fallen. My last review gave it nearly a five star because of customer service but this time unfortunately I had a bad experience. I picked the specific Chipotle in Merrick because the last one in Oceanside made me wait for my order. This one didn't even have my order come through the system. So the manager had me read the order from my phone, while I'm holding my 3 year old who's losing her sugar because the plan was to run in grab the food and run out. Top it off I get home in the guacamole is brown, picture included. One time it takes happen, second time remedy situation, third time there's just no excuse. This company has little to no care for customer value anymore. My reviews are generally fair and I give them two stars cuz the food at least taste good, the difference between a four and five star and a two it's just customer service.
I ordered my food through the chipotle app and none of my food was made correctly.. I had to go to the store in person and when I expressed my issues with them and the inaccuracy of my entire order, no apology was offered by the manager at all, the cashier had a disgusting attitude. When I asked if utensils were supposed to be put in delivery orders the manager said yes I said I received none he said well here’s some now. That’s not the point I ordered delivery to not have to come to the restaurant, I am 8 months pregnant spent $60 in food to receive horrible service from this restaurant.Someone needs to speak to them about customer service and paying attention when making someone’s food.
Awesome location. Orders made perfectly and ready when promised. Clean. Very friendly. Highly recommend!
Chipotle portions simply are not what they used to be. This is a common occurrence everywhere.Today however my wife picked up a burrito for me, and I am shocked by the size of this burrito, i can wrap my hand around it, and is barely bigger then my credit card in terms of area. It's unthinkable that they charged full price for itThe picture doesn't do it justice, there's simply no volume here. I'd say this is 50% of what actual chipotle portions used to be.
Joe the manager is disrespectful and a racist! Started throwing money and the register at me all because he had no change to give me and gave me no options when I made a big purchase at the store! Worst customer service! As a manager you didn't handle this correctly and need more training!
Staff is friendly and always turning meat and chicken in that grill so always fresh!
Ordered a large chips and guacamole. They skimped on the chips big time. For $10 I expect more.
I had the best experience in Merrick location. I was looking to cater and was late on placing order, but I went in to store and spoke to Tony. He went above and beyond and made it happen. I couldn'tthank him enough and he was more than happy to help. He deserves a ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
They food never seasoned, the pick up orders are never on time.
I usually order to pick up. Saves some time if you are in a rush.
