Went to carvel and asked for a vanilla cone with chocolate coating, a vanilla cone with peanuts, and a chocolate milkshake. What I got was A bowl with vanilla ice cream and chocolate syrup, a bowl with chocolate ice cream and peanuts, and the milkshake was almost like chocolate milk. I told them this is not what I ordered but they started to argue with me and so I left and didn’t pay.
Went on a Wednesday for the advertised buy 1 Sundae get 1 free we choose our Ice Cream and then was asked what topping, after he put the topping on I said can I have the whipped cream, cherry and chocolate sauce I was then told I’d have to pay extra since he had already put on 1 free topping which was included!Oh well won’t be back it’s Summer and lots of ice cream shops to choose from and a tub with Ice Cream in for the record is not a SundaeVery disappointed

The woman that's always (probably the owner) there needs to be asked to make the orders correctly. You pay $8 for a dasher and there's barely a topping and when you ask for more, they charge you extra. I asked why I was charged and she argued with me that she put extra when there BARELY any toppings. It was so bad that I took the time to leave this review. Go to another Carvel. Rude service and stingy.

Have to say there is a language barrier here. I ordered 2 items a thick Carmel shake and a small chocolate cone and they messed up both. Got a vanilla shake and a vanilla cone. They did not understand English at all. I repeated my other 3 times and it still got messed up. I told them to cancel my order and return my money and they bring me another cone. I would avoid this place unless you speak Chinese.
Carvel in Merrick did a wonderful job on a custom ice cream cake for my daughter’s birthday. They uploaded a photo of my daughter’s favorite cartoon character on the cake and it looked perfect, and tasted just as good as every classic Carvel cake from our childhood.
The ice cream was not cold enough. It started melting before I even left the store
