Whenever I'm in Merrick, which is usually 2-3 times a month, i always stop at Bagelman Merrick. They have the best bacon and egg sandwiches I've ever tasted. Whatever variety of bagels that I've ever had there, they've always been delicious. I always make sure I take home some of their tuna or chicken salad. I've gotten to know the owner, Boris, and his friendly staff, and they are always very helpful. Looking forward to my next trip to Merrick.

I've been coming to Bagelman Merrick for many, many years. They have the best bagels, whether plain or with cream cheese. And the tuna is out of this world delicious! The staff has always been courteous and friendly. I look forward to my visits.
My family and I have been going to this bagel spot for the past 15 years, and we absolutely love it! All of the bagels are incredibly fresh and delicious. The lox is the best in NY. There is such a great variety in salads and cream cheese. Anything that you try is delicious. The workers are very friendly and show immense care for their business. I highly recommend this place!
If you are in the Long Island area this bagel shop is a must! There is an extensive variety of cream cheese, bagels, salads, cold cuts, and other options to choose from. Not only is the food exceptional, but service is friendly and very accommodating. Staff works quick, efficiently, and they always make sure the customer is satisfied. The bagels are consistently fresh and never disappoint! No other bagels can measure up. You can tell they are made with love and the finest ingredients! I am sure to recommend this local gem to friends and family.
This place has the best bagels in all of Long Island. They've got an awesome selection of tasty bagels, cream cheese, salads and cold cuts. The staff is super friendly and professional. No place in Long Island does it better than these guys, and I can't see myself going anywhere else.
Crispy on the outside, chewy on the inside, slightly sweet, somewhat salty, undeniably pristine. No matter how you eat it—cream cheese, butter, lox—BagelMan’s bagels are top notch. From the service to the food, I couldn’t be more pleased with my bagel shop experience. Definitely recommend you pay a visit! You will not find any other bagels like this in the New York area.
I’ve gone here every single day for 15 years, minus the occasional birthday celebration, anniversary, or a death in the family, which in some cases didn’t even stop me. My favorite thing to order is a bacon egg and cheese on a poppy seed bagel lightly toasted! The cast is always very accommodating, especially, but not limited to, this one young woman with glasses, who always greets and treats me with a smile. This place is my favorite in town for breakfast!
I work across the street and go here every morning. Everyone is extremely nice and friendly. More importantly the food is delicious. Defitnely my go to spot
I have recently went to this establishment and I had felt unwelcomed. I myself am a Muslim woman who wears a hijab on my head. The moment I stepped in I had received a dirty look by staff, hence I stepped out. I honestly felt very uncomfortable after that and couldn’t order the food I had initially came here for. Please train your employees to provide service excellence and learn how to control their expressions when they see things they aren’t familiar with. This isn’t the first time the establishment has been rude or disrespectful, this behavior towards customers has not been dealt with. Maybe then in the future customers will feel more comfortable to enter.
