I love the new Bagel Chalet, Teddy is a fantastic operator. Food is great, service is great, employees are wonderful they remember my name every time.
I ordered their express honey maple turkey wrap and asked if the lettuce be exchanged with spinach when I got home 20 mins later I got a wrap with turkey and spinach nothing else my whole order was completely wrong tbh... im very disappointed.
Takes way too long. I understand that it's hard to get help nowadays but you have to figure out how to get the orders out in a little better time.
Delicious bagels that were fresh and nice and soft. I hate bagels where my gums get a heavy duty workout. They also give you an adequate amount of butter & cream cheese. I can’t wait to order again.

Well managed bagel store. The service is well organized and staff is friendly. Wide variety of bagels and food. Prices are relatively fair.
Went in this morning to order a whole wheat everything bagel with turkey bacon tomato and cream cheese. Got a whole wheat plain bagel with sliced turkey breast cream cheese and tomatoes. I figured that out 2 miles down the road on the way to work with no time to turn around. Disappointing .
