This was my 1st time stopping at Bagel Boss in merrick since I was hungry and 5 guys was closed. I ordered a Bacon Egg and Cheese sandwich and it was the worst sandwich I've ever gotten, I don't know what they put in the sandwich but it was not bacon, it was a cardboard, weird smell looking thing that not even my dog wanted to eat, my dogs bacon treats smell tastier than whatever they put in the sandwich, the egg and cheese was part was flavorless (I asked for salt & ketchup and it had non) & there was barely any cheese, I had to throw it away and went to my favorite Deli & bought a sandwich there, McDonalds serves better breakfast sandwiches. I never thought someone could mess up something as simple as a BEC. I Will not waste my time nor money coming back here.

Bagel was good, but $7 for fake bacon on a bacon egg and cheese, have a sign letting me know FAKE BACON sold here
Good foods; drinks; service; prices; menu; seating; hygiene; clean seating area; practices; usable bathrooms; nice parking; good tastes; nice large food item; &, drink items selections; pretty good staff/crew; Etc. Only would want: 2, things: more of the the best pastries; &, baked goods, sold as: single servings, for: single persons; those: with-out any, attached set of family members!!!!!; &, also: management running things, w/: a lighter touch; gentler hand; &, softer style.
Bagel boss has excellent bagels and I recommend the flat bagel which is called a Flagel.
Best breakfast place in Nassau, heart staff food and service, it's always a pleasure take the breakfast with you guys!!
friendly staff - great bagels - great options for the whole family. we go out of our way to come here.

The short woman who works by the registers is extremely rude and not helpful. I just moved to the neighborhood four days ago, and she has been quite a problem since then. I will never go back to this place again, their French toast is mediocre but their bagels slap. They do make great egg sammies, but their customer service skills are wack.
