Awful awful! My friends food was inedible and manager never even come over. The meal was. It taken off the check. We had to ask for That. Service was beyond slow! Drinks never came and when they finally did they were wrong!!! Never again

Dined with my family (party of 9) tonight for a milestone birthday. The food was fantastic - baked clams, mussels, and veal chop get extra rave reviews - and the view was perfect. But the service was amazing. Our server Sarah was super helpful in recommending the right amount of food (family style) for our group and was very attentive and gracious. It’s hard to please 9 people - including teens and kids - but everyone left happy and full! It was our first time to Acqua but most certainly not our last!

My daughter’s bridal shower yesterday was such a success, Fabio and his staff did a great job, everyone raved about the food, the room was perfect size for the party, staff was attentive and friendly, even the valet was so nice. I couldn’t be happier with the whole event. My daughter loved it and was so happy, what more could I ask for. I hIghly recommend this restaurant

This place has a very nice atmosphere, by the water with boats, beautiful view. The food was great, I’m usually skeptical about Italian food that I cook my self, but this is really authentic. The service was great , lots of food for the price and the owner is a great guy willing to accommodate and go above and beyond!! I highly recommend. Thank you Fabio for making my daughter’s graduation party a successful one

Take time on a beautiful day to enjoy the view of the water and a delicious meal. You’ll feel like you’re on vacation. Great cocktail menu and nice choice of food. The seafood di mare fra Diavolo was delicious as was my husbands sole oreganata. Good service too.

Was recommended by a co-worker to try your restaurant. It was everything she said it was.Our waiter Kyle was friendly, professional , recommended his favorites , you couldn't ask for a better waiter. Please let him know this, as I work in customer service you only hear the bad reviews. The fried zucchini, Veal parmigiana, Veal AcQua were fabulous. We had the Coppa Caffe for dessert and it was delicious. We will be back !

Food was good. Service leaves a lot to be desired. Been here quite a few times. They changed our waiter after I went to the bar to get water and a soda as our first waiter never brought it after asking repeatedly. The.new waiter, John, was excellent and very apologetic. They even treated us all to dessert. All dinner entrees should come out at the same time. My husband's entree came out 20 minutes after ours.

Went here for a party where the food served all contained red sauce and cheese. One of the members of our party does not eat dairy and asked for a different meal (would have been willing to eat the chicken fingers served to kids, but asked for Chicken francese). We were told no without any other follow up and so that member of the party did not eat anything. After the party, I asked to speak to a manager, and explained the situation. The manager was extremely condescending and indicated that they could not go outside of party contacts. I explained that 1. People have food allergies 2. We had been willing to pay for a separate meal but were never even offered the option 3. It is the responsibility of a restaurant hosting a party to feed the guests of said party. The manager made to attempt at apology, or rectification of the situation, which is why I am leaving this review. I am very disturbed on behalf of any guests who may be attending a party and experiencing a food allergy as it is clear that this restaurant does not prioritize the safety and comfort of its guests.

Came here for a party, a member of our party cannot eat dairy and all the dishes served, save the house salad, had cheese slathered all over them. We asked for an alternative dish and our waiter (who was very nice!) came back and told us that nothing could be done, not even a kids’ chicken finger dish.EDIT in response to the owner’s response below: There was no miscommunication whatsoever. An alternative dish was asked for, and the party was told “no”. The restaurant of course has to abide by a contract, but I have never heard of a restaurant, especially one with a party space, not being able to accommodate a food preference/allergy even if the party host did not communicate this ahead of time.

Fabio runs a great restaurant, it's a Family style place, and the food will knock your socks off, I highly recommend coming here??
