The beef was so fresh you would have sworn there was a Farm in the backyard
Walked in was welcomed. Young man took my order was helpful and was great all around. Women who made my drink had a bit of a attitude. I don’t think she even looked at 2 of the drinks and just made plain lattes. When I ordered a White chocolate and a Carmel Brulé. Both have no flavoring. No white chocolate or Carmel syrup. Was very plain tasting. I asked for a tray she tells me they don’t have any and walks off. Did not offer me a bag or anything to carry my 4 drinks back to my car. I noticed my lattes was plain after I had left and started heading home. At this point I was not turning around.
Be careful using gift cards there. The barista convinced me my gift card didn't cover my order and that I owed extra $5 when in fact they misread it and that was my balance left on my giftcard. They also kept giving me the wrong change on my double payment. It was a weird experience which I was not prepared for today. Starbucks may have gotten an additional $10 out of me today, but they lost a future customer due to lack of training on their cashiers.
This is the most efficient Starbucks on the island! And I have been to almost every one of them
They were very busy but had a lot of staff to take care of all they're customers

I used to be a Dunkin’ person but for some good reason I switched over and I love going here now. Everyone works really hard and everyone is super polite<3 They make my coffee perfect every single time also not having to wait long for what I ordered. highly recommendIGNORE THE BAD REVIEWS
