My black friend went in to buy a cake for a co workers birthday. I sent her here. When she arrived there was an older woman behind the counter and she was helping a single customer. The customer completed their purchase and went on their way. My friend said good morning, no answer, she said I’m interested in these cakes, the woman ignored her. A nice Caucasian mom dad and kids walked in. The lady asked what she could get for them. The mom asked if she was planning on helping the women (my friend) standing here waiting patiently who was obviously there before they arrived. The woman acted like a mute. My friend decided to walk out the door and the nice family followed behind her.
requested 1lb of chocolate chip cookies. recieved 1lb of assorted cookies and none being chocolate chip.
Requested a change to an order due to a medical emergency and was told I would have to pay for the order again. Manager was not understanding and unwilling to be flexible amidst a pandemic, preferring to lose business instead. Handled very poorly and disappointing. Do not recommend.
Everything wasn't as fresh tasting as expected. The cannoli was hard. The donut did not have any Nutella but the garnish on top. Rainbow cookies were thick and stale. Better places nearby.
Had a friend purchase a cake for us as a gift. The cake looked delicious but, the taste was even better. It was scrumptious. We later bought some cookies and they did not disappoint. I am recommending this bakery to everyone.
Super delicious bakery! Great prices and oh my world hands down the best saviad cookies anywhere around! If you ever pass by in Massapequa definitely stop in!

Spiga makes awesome Italian bread. You can smell it as soon as you walk in. This was my first time at this bakery and it probably will not be my last. I didn't get a chance to check out much more with the time I had available but I'll definitely be back.
