At Panera's, the customer does most of the work. You stand on a slow line, place your order, go to a table to await the call to the delivery shelf. The trays can be hard to balance. You then fetch your beverage. At the end, you return and sort your dishes and tableware. Today the first screen asked for a tip for the staff! If they are inadequately paid, please pay them justly.
The food, staff and atmosphere are great, BUT the wifi STINKS. It doesn't even show up on my laptop most of the time unless it's after about 3pm. If it does show up, I'll connect and then it kicks me off after a really short amount of time. I'd spend a lot more money here if the wifi worked like it does in other locations.
Tasty meals for the money except they should give you a bit more meat in their sandwiches, the bread shouldn't be the main course, although it's good, you need the taste the meat too ( what's inside ).

AWFUL!!!!!!!! This panera used to be good. Now it is absolutely disgusting. Dirty isnt even the word, the tables are filled with garbage, hair, and spills. The bathroom is atrocious. People stand very close to the take out counter and breathe all over the food and take their masks off. The manager is extremely short and rude and has no idea how to speak to customers.
Service always slow. Better off ordering online for pick up. 20 min just to order a hot chocolate. Second time here with bad service.0

Place is nice and clean foods are pretty good & affordable ..LOVEEEE the broccoli soup !twàs soo good..the management and staff are very nice and service is excellent !?Keep it up!!!
