The lady at the register (melissa) extremely rude. Had an attitude while ordering my food,and did not want to serve us.
If I could give it no stars I would. I come there with my daughter in the snow and rain and I walk up to the door with my 3 year old for them to say there indoor dining is closed! There should be signs BIGGER so people aren’t wasting there time parking and walking in!
I only gave it 4 stars because I don't eat McDonalds, but it has been through a renovation, and they are in the outdoor strip mall in Massapequa across from the Sunrise Mall. They are very quick and convenient. My son loves their fried and nuggets.
Close to home, they just renovated the place so it looks clean. Quick service staff could use a bit more friendly juice.
Total chaos and disorganized. If you want to dine in or in door pick up better go elsewhere. They only prioritize drive thru AFTER indoor guest. If the drive thru line is long good luck. No apologies from staff at all. Waited over 25 minutes for 2 items mobile order. You decide.
Typical McD's. New store but same issues. Long wait during early evening visit. We are regular customers and experience frequent errors for simple mods. Check your order...
