Been a while since I have been in this place since I don't work over there anymore but I love the food there it's clean and inviting Jen is a nice person very friendly understanding caring helpful food is very good large portions that I have food for a few days always hot and made the way you ask for it I don't know if this place would deliver to me were I live now being the distance I still love this place and the people and the food

I don't know what happened. This place used to be so good, one of the best I ever had. Not anymore. The food is so bland now, and expensive. The vegetable fried rice had no taste, and it was like it was two days old. Maybe new cooks/owners, but somethings different. Not going back

From the reviews and for the pricetag, I was expecting something really good. I was very disappointed. I’ve had better Chinese food at the mall food court for a quarter of the price. And I felt nauseated for the whole day and the next morning. Next time, I will just stick to local places and not pay as much attention to good reviews.
What a delicious meal. I ordered the chicken and eggplant in a garlic sauce, boneless ribs and steamed dumplings. All were fresh and fabulous. Thank you for a great meal
The cost is about average for the area. The staff is very friendly and courteous. The food was ok. It's not the best Chinese food buy certainly not the worst. The egg rolls were great and had a nice blend of vegetables in them. The fried rice was ok and the sesame chicken had way too much sauce and breading. It's a cute little place that has clean tables to enjoy your food if you are shopping in the area or just want to have a quick lunch. I didn't give it 5 stars because of the main entrees. Otherwise it's not a bad place to get Chinese food.
I am a customer of Jens for many years. My recent experience was disappointing .I ordered shrimp and broccoli $8.50 which included 4 tiny shrimp. I complained to manager who seemed to care less. I will find anew local chinese restaurant. This used to be my favorite.
Having ordered online and then waiting at least 20 minutes past the time my order was to be ready after the cashier reminding the packer twice, I get my food, go home (a trip of less than 5 minutes), and the food is only lukewarm so it must have been sitting around waiting to be packed. I hope this is not the new norm for Jens.
Always very tasty, ready very quickly, correct order. Gotta try the hearty dumpling soup!
