It looks like this place has lost all its reviews, it is not new at all, it has been here since I moved here 20 years ago. The food is still as delicious today as it it was then. On pasta nights, you can try a number of delicious dishes. I haven't had a bad one in 20 years. The pizza is amazing and the Grandma pie is to die for. Only issue is no delivery, so you will have to pick it up. One of the best pizzerias/italian restaurants on long island, PERIOD.
Absolutely delicious food.Great pies!Try the homemade manicotti shells for a real melt in your mouth experience.The owner, son, and staff are always friendly and in good moods.They have great specials too.Always a pleasure eating here.VERY clean too!!We are lucky to have such a wonderful spot so close to home.
My family and I just had a wonderful meal at Giovanni's. What a gem! The staff and owner could not have been more gracious hosts! So accommodating and attentive to our every need - real "old school Italian" hospitality. More garlic knots? You got it! Pack up the enormous portions of left of chicken marsala? No problem! Enough about the warmth - I know people are concerned about the food. FANTASTIC. Excellent quality! My family LOVES their tomato sauce. Also, my wife's a vegan and finally - an Italian place that gives her a big enough salad. I highly recommend giving Giovanni's your business. Keep up the great work and thank you!

Wednesday is pasta night at Giovanni’s on Merrick Rd. in Massapequa. $14.95 for a salad, garlic knots, choice of pasta, coffee and yummy cheesecake. Food was delicious, portions were huge and the service was impeccable. Wine is available for an additional charge. The owner came by before and after our meal to thank us for coming by and to ensure we enjoyed our meal. Highly recommended this neighborhood establishment! Also, I’d like to add on the recommendation of our attentive waitress we ordered a snack pizza as an appetizer for”National Pizza Day”. An exceptionally delicious thin, crispy crust pizza which we all enjoyed.
Giovanni’s is my son’s favorite pizza place, so of course we would order from there for his 18th (under quarantine) birthday. Thank you for making it special!

I was greeted warmly and I found the business clean and well organized. I had a long chicken sandwich with mozzarella and sauce . It was made fresh, and delicious. ?❤?♀️?
Food was ok nothing special. However the man behind the counter was so nasty and rude. I guess he never heard how hard it is to make a customer and how easy it is to lose one. Well I’ll never bring my family to eat there again. There are many other restaurants with better food so close to this one.
Recently ordered from this establishment, wasn't the best for the price I paid, but I will commend the store cleanliness, the public personality towards the public, and the sauce utilized, wasn't too sweet and wasn't too spicy, didn't have a rancid or raw taste to it, which tells me that something was done right, a practice not all in the business practice.. topping wise, they could have showed more love being the price of the charged, cutting corners may help the establishment, but the customer is who keeps the establishment open...
