Jayani is extremely rude. Not only to myself but I see it with other customers, I frequent here often but today was the last time.
They make a delicious frozen hot chocolate. Few dunkin donughts do. After approximately a dozen visits this particular one hasn't disappointed me yet.

Worst Dunkin’ ever. The staff makes you repeat the order 3 times and somehow still manages to get it wrong. They are rude and just rush to throw orders out. The quality has really gone down and I noticed it’s under new management and that definitely seems to be the issue. Luckily there are other locations close by. Never coming here again
I have been to dozens of Dunkins all over the East Coast and it's ironic that the WORST one (based on order accuracy/customer service) is one of the closest to me! They have mixed up sugar and artificial sweetener on multiple visits, so be extra careful if that matters to you.Btw, this location wasn't always awful. It used to be my go-to!
Staff is extremely rude I put in a mobile order and the man gave me attitude saying “well we didn’t get it” it went through the app and I payed for it but it didn’t go through there computer not my problem…great service…
The overnight guy is rude
If they would listen to the customers order, they would have less do overs to do. Best of all, they start talking bad about you in their language while they are the ones that gave you the wrong order. Such hypocrites.
Good, as usual, but I still can't find the chocolate cream filled donuts they used to have.
Not even just donuts, a lot of what they sell here is good. Food is fresh with great taste and service is quick. Highly recommend the croissant stuffers they sell here
