Asked employees to make my latte a specific way. Used a free coupon, employee Marvin I believe, refused to make my latte following specific instructions. I asked for my free beverage coupon back, he said he won't give me nothing back. Employee acted like he owed this place and refused to follow a simple instruction. Rude employee, who doesn't even know that large lattes get 2 small shorts of espresso in it. I can only imagine how much less everyone else is getting because of this location, cutting back on espresso and products. Rude and entitled manager, who will not make any drinks, but take your money and tell you to call Corporate instead.
I go there from time to time, we usually have a small coffee with donuts, or a croissant sandwich... just a quick brunch... The personnel there is a group of people very dedicated to serve promptly and good, if you have something to say, a special request they are always ready to listen... order online, through the app, and pay the way you want, but I think bitcoins, or checks are probably the only ways they dont accept... Highly recommended, give them a try, you'll see...
This location is painful. They don’t pay attention to your order and it is Always wrong. Gave it three strikes and will never go back. Please find someone with a clue to run this place. Horrible customer service.
This is my usual Dunkin Donuts and seems to always be a well oiled machine in terms of service and the quality of my drinks. The employees are nice and do their jobs smoothly.

I was working in that Dunkin donut the In charge of that Dunkin' donut miss maya sister She is very helpful I was working in that Dunkin Donut almost 3 month She treat me like brother and she teach me very well now I am shift in another part of America but I really miss her and all staff who is working there I appreciate will be a part of staffIf anybody wants to work so by any doubt you can get a job in that Dunkin donut because they need employees
I just recently started eating at this particular Dunkin and never again. A few times I ordered online through doordash, and every time they would just send me whatever they wanted to send me. I got sick of it so recently I called in shortly after placing my order. I guess the manager did not like that so she blocked my number from going through. Therefore I cannot call in anymore. Once I received my order, as expected it was wrong. So I had to go up to the store myself and have them correct it. Even then she STILL messed it up. At this point I believe it was done purposely. Just last night I went in to get a sandwich and she told me I could not have one because she already cleaned the oven. It was only 7:00pm. The store closed at 9:30pm. At this point I’ll be calling Dunkin Corporate and making a complaint. If I could give this particular Dunkin’ zero stars I would. Would not recommend this particular location due to management and service.

I’ve been going to this Dunkin location for about 6 months now, and the lattes are usually bad to adequate. I’ve never had a “good” latte from here. Yesterday, I ordered one latte and a pumpkin cold brew. The latte was ok, and my spouse kept it. My coldbrew tasted like GARBAGE. It wasn’t just bad, it was absolutely horrendous. So I didn’t want it remade, and I’m tired of throwing their lattes out… I asked for a refund, and the manager refused to refund my money. So I left without a coffee and without my money.I usually spend $200 on coffee monthly from Dunkin and Starbucks. Because of this experience, I’ve now deleted the Dunkin app from my phone, and I’ve taken the $ I would’ve spent here for the rest of this month and ordered a espresso maker for home. So thanks for treating me like garbage Dunkin’ Donuts. By losing $5, I’ll actually save money long term.I do not recommend this location. Spend your well earned cash elsewhere.
Horrible! Would NOT recommend! Most of the people who work here are mentally on another planet, and the service especially the food is not that great at all!
