This is a great place to burn some time with friends! The food is great for a place like this, but it could be better. There is a wide variety of games and there is a range of interactive games to games where you just lean back and enjoy the experience! This is overall such an outstanding experience and the staff are so hospitable and kind. They all have amazing and unique personalities that shine. Make sure to visit this Dave and Busters if you ever get that chance!
Went there as a school trip, the trip was like $50 but besides that. I wish it was less expensive but I had fun. To buy prizes with your tickets cost a lot so you have to gamble on a few machines if you wanna win some good prizes. Chicken nuggets and fries were good the soda was weird, but this is a good place. They also have Air conditioning. Basketball game hot shot felt rigged, the slot game where you win 1k,500 and below tickets felt rigged. Overall still good.
Had a great time! Not only were the staff helpful in getting us the credits back when the star wars machine ate 30 credits but they we had great drinks and food service it was nice to be like teenagers on a date again!
the games are great but food is terrible
I have never been here before and it was so much FUN! The place is very clean. The food is good. The drinks are delish and you get a lot of play for your coin. I will be back!
Great spot for kids or adults alike, lots of games to keep everyone entertained for hrs. The food was great also. The huge pretzels was so yummy as a shared item. ?
Needs just a few more games for younger kids...most of the games weren't for younger kids ages 3-7. Attended a birthday party at the kids couldn't reach and were simply too short in height for most of the games.
This is the second time in a row where a game we swiped to play wasn’t working and no one comes to fix it after going up twice. I would’ve preferred to not wait by the broken machine for 40 minutes while I give my girlfriends daughter the card to go play other games and actually enjoyed spending time with them. I refuse to give this place my business again. Thank you for ruining what was supposed to be a great day by separating me from them.
I attended yesterday with my wife and 2 year old. When it came time to eat, we helped ourselves to seating since it was busy and no one came around to direct us. After sitting for a while and being ignored, a female wait staff told us we needed to order on the app. We pointed our Taste of food coupon from the ticket redemption. She said that we couldn’t use that on the app and would need to order with her. She then further stated that she was very busy as she was the only person working that area which consisted maybe of 15-25 tables. She said she would possibly take 15 to 20 minutes for her to come back to take our order. She said we would be better off moving to the other side of the location in a separate dining area to someone else’s area.We asked whether that side had booths since it would be easier on our two year old. She brushed us off and said she didn’t know and needed to go and walked away.Annoyed and feeling brushed off, we were about to just leave all together when I spotted Rob wearing a different attire than the server. Assuming he was some of manager, I asked how we could use the Taste of vouchers over the app so we didn’t need to move nor wait 20 minutes to order. He proceeded to just have us circle what we wanted on the vouchers itself and put the order in himself. The food came promptly after that along with our beverages. Throughout the meal, Rob would check in on us, making sure everything was good. At the end of the meal, when asking for the check for the beverages, Rob comped the two sodas for us. We made sure to leave a good tip and thanked Rob for the positive experience. We understand staffing is an issue everywhere but when tips are your livelyhood, it would behoove you to be cordial and nice to the customers. To the owners/management, you need to get more staffing in especially for weeks when school is out. It was a madhouse there.
2 stars for the fact that the person at check in, the very first impression we get, could not stop using her phone when completing my transaction. No Hello, no nothing. Customer service is a skill she does not have.
