MOST TIMES IT RUNS SMOOTHLY. BUT THERE ARE TIMES WHEN IT SEEMS LIKE PEOPLE ARE JUST LINING UP LIKE ITS GOING TOBE A MIN: BUT WHEN THAT HAPPENS ITS LESS THEN 15MINS: YES A PERSON OR FAM & FRIENDS CAN DINE. SO HAVE IT 2 GO OR STAY ITS PRETTY ROOMIE. CHANCES ARE THOUGH THE BEST SEATS WILL B TOOKING.
A decent fast-food outlet. Good selection of burgers and chicken sandwiches. But the service could be quite a bit better. It's really hard to hear the drive-thru order taker, and they don't pay close attention. It's actually quite unusual for them to get my order 100% correct. They forget to give you ketchup, or else give you the sring sauce for your chicken nuggets. That's just ridiculous.
I like Wendys particularly their breakfast selection but, almost always I encounter an issue with this location whenever I order. Two weeks ago I entered the establishment at past 7am only for the personnel behind the counter freak out and say they are not open and had me walk to the drive in window to pick up my order. The week before I had ordered online the same way and by the time I got there they couldn't find my order only to realize that they had given my order to someone else and had to wait much longer.
It was ok didn't get as I ordered, it was busy, expensive asked senior discount not much 2 burgers 2 fries just under $18!
Ordered through their app and the girl at the drive thru tells me to pull to the side while they finish my order. After 15 mins of waiting I go inside to get my order and the cashier claims they don't have any order for me. Asks me for my name multiple times and even after showing her my ID says that they don't have an order for me. Eventually they find one and she blames me for not telling her my name.They need to retrain their staff in customer service and also provide ESL classes for those that have trouble in English.
Great & fast service along the drive-thru. Received friendly customer service while ordering my $4 for $4.44 crispy chicken meal & was offered to upside my meal to a M/L which I gladly did!. Will certainly be returning back
Someone here literally wrote down my card information and charge me for food I didn't get. When I confronted them about it they said there's not much they can do. Didn't think there were thieves here.
I just spent $13 for a baconator that was not good at all (not hot, sloppy and ugh) and cold fries. Why? If you can't provide hot, good food then what's the point. Anyway, you can decide on your own but I won't go back. Fool me once...
Been my local Wendy's for years but there was this one time when they gave us coffee water. It was mostly sugar water, and both my friends received the same. Must've been a newbie. Other than that they're pretty reliable.
I have not in all my trips to different area Wendy's experienced being disappointed with the food. Wendy's is my favourite fast food! One thing I would suggest to all fast food chains if I may is; Can I or May I get/add/offer you something else sounds more concerned to wanting to help a customer with their order, rather than "Is that it" swiftly repeated after the person tries to place each order. I know you gotta keep the lines moving. It just sounds much nicer and as if you care. Wendy's is still my favourite!
