Avoid. Using the app, it will charge you but not update the store fast enough. So they won't give you your order. Which wouldn't be a problem if they had good customer service. But considering there are 2 high schools, 2 elementary schools and the LaGuardia campus nearby. They can afford to treat 100 people like trash and still have 1000 more to keep buying. But maybe I should be thankful cuz the way I was treated makes me want to avoid them for years to come. My diet will be thankful.
Dine in open. It seems to be clean. The service was extremely slow but they got my order right. More expensive than other McDonalds.
It's too bad that any on site consumption is only allowed outside. Despite that the kiosk makes ordering here a lot easier.
As stated by others it's one of the few around with a drive in and a sizable enough parking lot to grab your stuff and not worry about your food getting cold before you get to start eating. It's standard Micky D's, I didn't notice anything wrong or off with my meal and I came in with McDonald's expectations so I got what I wanted. I will say everything was hot, not lukewarm like some McDonald's so that was nice. Even waited a few before getting into the nuggs and they were still warm n crispy. They have a bathroom accessible which is also nice. The only "negative" would be, my boyfriend & I usually get our drinks with no ice, we both kept noticing their drinks are vastly sweeter than other McDonald's in the city. So sweet my mouth was tickling and I just took it home. Not sure if they put too much syrup in the machines or what but, I got home w my Sweet Hi-C™️ I added water and had two regular tasting Hi-C's so again, is that really a negative?
Ordering with the app is the best bet. Currently take out only. If you choose dine in, it will say the store is closed.
It's fine, I guess. Everything is still in COVID mode. No dine-in even if you have been vaccinated, so hungry patrons resort to eating in their vehicles.
My order is wrong, I am trying to communicate on their phone line and they do not answer me, my order was a McChicken not mayonnaise and they sent me a CheeseBurger add McSause
This is my first time using the McDonald's app and the employees at this branch were very helpful, very professional, and very patient. I've decided I need it McDonald's more than I need Popeyes. This is my new go to place.
It is what it is - a fantastic brand, that has taken over the world. Rather literally, in fact. But McDonald's has revamped their menu on a continuous basis, and kept up with the times, and the tastes of its customers, substantially better than many of its competitors.This particular location is a completely satisfying example of the general trend of cleanliness and competence that one has learned to expect from McDonald's. And of course, if you have a hankering for fries, you could hardly do better - even at 10 or 100 times the price.
It's cool. It's a McDonald's, what can I say? Very accessible parking lot.
