I was really looking forward to trying this restaurant. Was in town for a work training and went with my team for dinner. The pizza looked good but the pasta was super small portions and just not good. If you go get the pizza. It was also really hard to get a glass of wine they basically forced you to buy a bottle since most of the wine they didn’t sell by the glass.

The food was a mixed bag. The highlights were the pizza, and quick service. However, the pasta with duck came out cold, and the portions were on the small side for the price.

Really great food, with beautiful ambiance and a friendly staff. 10/10 will come back.

Just moved to LIC, place was recommended by my brother. Have been a few times, doesn’t disappoint. Great bar, great food, great service. As an Italian, I’m particular about Italian food, and it has really been great. Great apps, pastas and pizzas. Relatively small menu for an Italian restaurant in NYC but something for everyone. Will go regularly.

Best pizza in NYC

I always walk by levante and I find it super nice decorated! So I made a reservation several days in advance (to dine in the main room; next to the bar) and we were put in the back of the restaurant where there is no ambiance at all 👎👎 Our server was extremely nice but food wasn’t great either. Wouldn’t recommend.

We live in the area and randomly found this Gem , service was amazing food excellent we hope to come back for dinner !

LEVANTE LIC has been around for a while . I just discovered it a couple months ago.And what a find. For starters their bar is incredible with really stellar cocktails. Then the PIZZA cooked to perfection on the spot in a oven on display. We ordered a white pizza I think with Burrata and grilled octopus. All their pizzas ? looked so delicious. We went on a weekday eve and it was.not too crowded.Definitely be back!

Other than a disinterested waiter who made us feel as if he was doing us a favor by taking our order, Levante is a lovely spot for pizza, pasta, and other interesting dishes. We sat on the patio and had a lovely, unrushed time having a late brunch. The restaurant was between brunch and dinner so only a few tables were busy. Worth another visit, for sure. Good wine, desserts and drinks.

Food interesting, ambiance - mba chic - wine list average - waiter unique - did get the order correct and was unable to explain items on menu
