Jackson's Eatery is consistently great in every area. Food, service, music playlist, accommodating all are areas that they excel at.
We had a post-Wedding brunch at Jackson’s for our friends and family at it was perfect!! Great atmosphere, friendly and accommodating staff and great food…very happy with our experience!!
Service was wonderful. Food was not as good as last time, per my friend's assessment of the dish she got that she had ordered during our last visit. I ordered shrimp and grits and was underwhelmed. I also have celiac and our waitress, while she was great, swore (her words) that the dish was gluten free. I am sick today, most likely due to the dish not being gluten free. My friends and I were allowed to linger for several hours. It was noisy and got hot in the restaurant during brunch service, then it quieted and cooled down. I will definitely go back, but I will be more careful about what I order.
Rib dinner and brisket sandwich were both very good.
Delicious! Definitely ate too much but I'd do it again. The waitress and servers were very nice and attentive. We ate outside as it was a sunnier day and the inside was more crowded than I was comfortable with. Everything we ate was tasty and delightful. The outside section is on the street and it was clean. Lucikly, not many bugs flying around and they have a cute wall on the exterior of the location which has a painted Long Island City mural and a few people stopped to take photos in front of it.
The food was great!! The staff was great too! Excellent atmosphere!
We were late and we had to wait but everyone took care of us and we had the best damn time. We are regulars and LOVE Jackson’s and the entire team there.
