This is my go-to place in LIC! Their obanzai specials change daily and are always super delicious. Also, $40 omakase?? Such a steal! I'm obsessed with this place & am always looking for an excuse to visit.Definitely get their fresh made tofu - it's perfection!
Hidden Gem. Kyoto style Easily my favorite sushi in NYC. Laid back, delicious and delightful! Better quality then upscale sushi in manhattan, and extensive daily menu... But the Tekka Dan is my comfort food.So happy they survived the last few years.

First time here and the sushi was very fresh. The place is really nicely decorated. The sewed salad had a spin to it with different add ons, very tasty. The sushi roll was delicious and the fish itself on everything ordered very fresh.
I like their food and I come here often but when I came here on Friday nite, one of the server was so rude. Almost felt like I was not welcomed. Didn’t say anything when I came in until I asked her for the seat. And when I told her order didn’t even listen and in the end she said “sorry?” And she randomly gave me the food without even saying anything. And she just put all the food on the other side of the table without a word. Like I would understand if it was a fast food restaurant. I was disappointed. Sucks cuz their food is pretty good.

Had the lunch special (on a Sunday!) and an extra roll. The space is soothing and quiet, simple but elegant. Service was excellent and I had easily the best tuna roll of my life. Stunningly affordable as well.
You should go this place at lunch time when you have plenty of time waiting for the food. Nearly spent 50 mins just waiting for the food (tables around us too). And more importantly the food was not so special. California roll was okay. and the warm soba was quite different than what we expected.맛이 그냥 그래요.. 딱히 비추
We had a horrible experience with our delivered meal from Hibino. Not only was our order wrong, the edamame was flavorless and undercooked. We ordered a spicy tuna roll with crunch and it was just tuna. Not at all what spicy tuna should be. They told us this is how they do spicy tuna. Everything else was mediocre at best. Very disappointed. Will not be going here again and will seek out another sushi place in the area.
