The worst experience been here twice and the same bad service don’t have anything you requested

This place was everything you would expect from Dunkin' Donuts. The smell of fresh donuts, a clean atmosphere, and courteous service. It's just donuts and coffee that I got; however, I enjoy getting exactly what I want when I want and how I want.
After driving almost three hours (we all know how New York traffic is,) I was looking for a bathroom and was relieved (no pun intended) to see a Dunkin Donuts. I asked to use the bathroom and was told that I cannot. I offered to pay to use it and still no. The person behind the counter told me that the last person who allowed someone to use a bathroom was fired (seems a bit extreme to me.) I asked to speak to the manager but this person was so unyielding. I don't drink coffee but I would have gladly made a purchase. There was really no reason given as to why I was not "allowed" to use the restroom. This place definitely does not have first class customer service and if you need to use a bathroom, go elsewhere.
Perfect coffee stop after we leave Calvary Cemetery.The coffee hit the spot and the two girls working there were very nice. ☕?
It looks more like a gas station, than the gas station which is their competition across the street. By the way shop there their coffee is cheaper and better

The wait for an online order is crazy. I placed order 8 minutes before arriving and still ended up waiting over 10 minutes.Either they need one more staff or need to use prep time better.
