DO NOT EAT or PLAY HERE! Not only did they ruin my sons birthday party. I think they tampered with all of the food I ordered for the party because of all the complaining I did about our worst birthday party experience ever. My ENTIRE party who attended on 4/10/22 is now violently sick right now with food poisoning and everyone ate here! They’re all having to go to the hospital. Stay away from this location! Seriously something is wrong if everyone is getting sick like this. They likely did this on purpose. These people are horrible. I have kids violently Ill and now I have to contact the health department and call 311. This is insane. I should’ve paid $0 and they should pay all of these medical bills. I’m baffled. This is what I paid them and look at my food sales. Everyone is literally so sick right now.
The staff was friendly, courteous, and very helpful! I like that there are staff all over the place keeping the place clean, and helping people out. The food is great. I love that they upgraded to digital tickets! Last time I was there was when I was a kid with the tokens! So it was amazing to see my favorite childhood place be so modernized. It really was a great experience with my children. The games are great. There were some out of order though. I wish they had a bit more games and that they were better maintained, some were falling apart, like the skee ball games.
Celebrated my great nephew Tyler 1st birthday had an awesome time with the kids. Everything was on point but a little overpriced and crazy packed.
My second time here at this particular Chuck E.Cheese in Queens New York.Had birthday ? for both my son's ,10yrs old and 5 yrs old.Ordered pizza ,4 different kinds, buffalo wings,4 different kinds also.Kids all ate ,and they are all playing games at the amusement area with their cousins and friends.Now time for me to sit back and relax.Let them have their fun.
My daughter had the best day ever here! It was exceptionally clean and well maintained and the staff was beyond helpful and friendly. Shaquille, the manager, ran a smooth and incredible operation and genuinely wanted to see the kids having fun!
I want to shout out Manuel a worker who’s is so nice and very professional with the kids and made I was happy when me and my kids were playing at Chuck E. Cheese I recommend going there.
Nice and clean place for the kids. I’ve been going to this location since I was a kid. And to able to take kids there myself have been very awakening in terms of aging lol ? but even though the character have changed it’s look, the place over all is still a fun. Pizza is still TO DIE FOR ‼️
Terrible service we got kicked out from the table because they had another birthday coming up and we had time. Food was late even thought they had a dofferent person for each table. It was awful, apart drom us there was 3 other tables with other people that got kicked out to another table for the same reason. We understand people who work are busy however workes should be ready for the birthdays sessions. I believe thisbis the last time we make a birthday in this chucky cheese.
I was trying to let my little sister in. They asked for a vaccine for a 5 year old young girl who does not live in NYC and is here for vacation. I am vaccinated and showed them the vaccine but they won’t let my little sister in because of her vaccination. I understand you need to be vaccinated to enter this business. But sometimes you have to understand that not everyone is going give the vaccine for little kids. I was frustrated because she does not live in the city and I just wanted to give her a good time while she’s here.you don’t need to stop little kids for vaccines it’s getting insane.
The place looks amazing, can't wait to bring my kids.
