I ate a slice of heaven from this place last night. I was happy as *(<^ that it wasn't salty or hot, but I missed the oregano and Christy edges. A little pricy. Thin and cheesy. Now that I said this they will change chefs, lol. More pleasezzz. *)A few weeks later: Thre was enough salt in the food to start my own ocean....no more please sigh. 0(0
Extremely disappointed in their customer service. They forgot food from my order. We waited for them to come deliver the missing food. I told them not to bring it because they took too long (we are literally down the block). I time them not to come and I wanted a refund. They still came. I called and said I didn’t want it. And wouldn’t give me a refund.
We have ordered from this restaurant for years. Got our order tonight and it was wrong. Ordered 3 Sicilian slices and got 3 crestino slices. Called them and they couldn’t even figure out what to do. Quite simple, send over 3 Sicilian slices and make the order right. So, they sent over a driver to pick up the slices and give us our money back. Really? What are you going to do with those slices? A little customer service would go a long way for this place. Do not ever order from them. We never will again.
Regular pie is so spicy burnt my kids mouth and mine never had a regular pie like this in my life
I can't say enough good things about this place. The pizza is the best in town and I've always had positive and professional treatment from the staff. They even accommodate my requests to box up a pie into small packages so I can take some with me on my way out of town. I absolutely recommend them!
Just ordered some food from them, the food might be good.. haven’t had it yet.. but the delivery driver is skeezy.
They should rename this place chuckie cheese with the amount of kids running around. Used to love their pizza but I'm not sure I'll be back especially to dine in. Not very comfortable setting eating in a restaurant with a dozen kids running around....no exaggeration
Even though the food is fantastic, the sanitary conditions are terrible. The restrooms are a mess and need to be renovated If you have to go to the restroom before you arrive, don't spend your money to eat here, pick it up and go find a public restroom or eat somewhere else that you like and spend your money there that has restrooms that you are comfortable using. If you don't need to, this place is perfectly fine!
