Absolutely terrible experience the girl that attended me was very rude also my frappe tasted horrible. I have called and called to try to get a hold of someone because my frappe is completely watered down and you cannot taste the caramel nobody even bothers to pick up the phone when the store was completely empty they also did not bother to give me a receipt
No herbal tea and they don't know ingredients to kale mushroom bites. They couldn't be troubled. I found that information online.
Drive-thru is to small and hard to get out but food and drunk qas great

I'm a tea drinker, however, sometimes I receive a SB gift card. I went to meet a friend and was disappointed that the tea that I have purchased for many, many years was not available. I purchased what they suggested and did not enjoy it at all. The people are very friendly and that is why it did not receive a lower number of stars.
