ordered an Açaí Bowl today 4/12/22 and I door dashed it to my job. When I got the bowl which was the one with the açaí berries, I started to eat it and I took 2 spoon fulls. I Immediately started to have an allergic reaction. My mouth started to itch and my chest was on fire. I then held the bowl up and saw there were cashews on the bottom of the bowl. I am not usually one to complain. But I am extremely allergic to cashews. The cashews were mixed up in the oats. This could have sent me to the hospital. That was very inconsiderate and dangerous. There were people highly allergic to nuts. The fact that that wasn’t what I asked for nor any ingredients that I chose I will never trust this company again. I had leave early from work and everything. I paid 20 dollars for something that almost killed me. ?

The boy who served me today was very epic, and totally cool. I think his name was Dom. What an absolute legend of a man, a true king. I will definitely be returning to this location.

He was very helpful in assisting me in what açaí to choose and what the different options they had were. We even talked about the hit video game Among Us for a bit before I left. Smoothies are ok. Customer service training may be of benefit.
Workers are sweet manager or women with lots of makeup is very rude
