The spicy tonkatsu ramen was the best it has ever been and the sushi was great as always. The eggs and pork in the ramen were perfectly cooked and seasoned. My partner and I love always coming back here when we're in the area!
Everything was so good! It all tasted fresh. We (2) shared the sashimi platter and spicy miso ramen to start off. The soup was packed with flavor, one of the best ramen soups I've had. The sashimi was so fresh and delicious. It was amazing! We ordered the crazy tuna roll to share and it was delicious. I really recommend it. Overall this place was amazing, I will be returning.
Absolutely horrible customer service. My order arrived in a sealed bag missing a bowl. When I expressed my concern I was called a liar, told it was impossible that they made a mistake and that the grub hub drivers are thieves. I was baffled by all of this and tried to reason with lady on the phone and explained to her that humans make mistakes, she continued to blame the drivers thieving hands. I told her that the bag was sealed the way that the restaurant always seals the bag and that there was no way the driver tampered with the bag. Between the accusations and just Blatant Disregard that they could make a mistake, I will never order here again and will encourage others to go elsewhere

Very rude lady works the phone. They mess up orders and blame the customer. This place is a joke and deserves to be shutdown.
Horrible and rude staff. They will send you incomplete orders and tell you you’re lying when you call back to resolve. Unbelievably disappointed with the place. I was a regular customer, but will never support this business again.
The food was alright. No where near expectations tho as per pricing.
This place was just okay. For almost $19 for a Tonkatsu ramen (with additional fish cake), I expected a lot more. I’ve wanted to try this place out, but maybe I should have went for something different. Chicken tonkatsu broth isn’t normal, but if I’m going to eat ramen it’s going to be tonkatsu. The broth and some toppings were just okay, but the chashu was poor (I actually had to look back at the menu and make sure the pork was described as such). This is the thinnest slice chashu I’ve ever seen. It’s pretty dry with how thin is it sliced. They have mastered slicing it as thin as possible and still keeping it in one piece… and that’s not what you want to master. The girl working the counter was nice and my order came out quickly at least. Maybe I will try something else in the future from here, but I will not eat the ramen again and I would not recommend anyone else do so either.
First, the delivery guy left my order outside by the stairs which is not good! I dont like my food on the floor especially outside of my house.The ramen is not good, the noodles is like instant noodles which is sooo sticky and hard and the broth is not tasty at all, the pork belly tastes like old pork. The rolls are good! Will try some on the menu soon.
Small portions, expensive and bland. Very disappointed. The people at the counter seemed annoyed when I showed up to pick upmy order. One and done.
