Just had dinner with my wife at LB Social. I was in the restaurant industry for over 40 years, and due to covid have only eaten out a handful of times the past 2 years and none were that great. I wanted to thank Matt and his staff for a very memorable experience. The food was very tasty and nice size portions. We had gnocchi, linguini with seafood, and the chicken parm. The staff....amazing. Wasn’t really sure who our waitress was , but that didn’t matter. The 3 waitresses all worked together (which was so nice to see) and delivered great service. It was also refreshing to see the owner Matt so hands on...greeting guests, checking on tables, even refilling our water.( you don’t see that occur to often in today’s world ) . I would highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely be back !!!! Thanks again for a great dinner !!!!
It was a good stopover and hideout from the Long Beach winds.Oysters were great, so was the bacon. Salad was fine and did the job of filling us up with greens. Steak was tasty!Won’t rule it our next time we’re back.
Great food and drink selections! The staff is friendly and attentive too. I loved the zucchini noodles! Try the Cocoa Fashioned for a strong dessert drink. ?
Food was perfect, service was spot on, staff was the perfect amount of friendly & professional…..a top notch night. It was like a high end hip Manhattan restaurant right in Long Beach on the Friday night we went. Will definitely be going back.
My wife and I eat out a lot. Most places lack quality service. Not here. Ryan was probably the best server we ever had! The food was spot on as well.

Yum, yum, YUM!!! Definitely worth the high-quality stars!! LB social is pricey but it’s worth it! Vibe is a classier bar, reminded me SO much of Manhattan because it’s a skinny long restaurant but the way they use and designed their space works great. TVs for sports game but not overpowering or too loud. Delicious drinks. Apps were delicious we got dumplings and grilled octopus. My favorite main course was the zucchini noodles with clams and muscles! SOOOO DELICIOUS!!! I ate the entire bowl!! The flavor and quality was 5/5!! I would 100% come here again! I held my daughters bridal shower here and it was fantastic. Chef/Owner Matt Hisiger was wonderful to work with and his staff was so professional and warm. The restaurant itself is beautiful and was the perfect backdrop. And the food….just so delicious! Everyone commented on the offerings, from an array of yummy appetizers with drinks at the bar, to the 3 choices offered for lunch. This was not your ordinary brunch shower but a culinary exploration of excellent cuisine!! A perfect event!
