Excellent! Super fast and professional delivery via ActiveMenus and awesome dinner from Five Guys. I messed up my order on-line, called and Five Guys kindly fixed it for me. Just terrific all around!

My delivery order arrived with a handful of fries in a cup when I ordered AND PAID for a full order of fries. I called to ask them to correct their error and refund me since they said they couldn’t send me fries, I’d have to place a delivery order for them. Then they put me on hold and never got back to me. I called several more times and they never picked up. They robbed me!!
So yummy! I love ordering my burger wrapped in lettuce or a bowl & they do it perfectly so that the lettuce isn't soggy at all.

The hamburger was awful, you could barely see the meat, these hamburgers used to be so good or maybe it is this place in Long Beach that is not doing them well.

The only 5 guys I would say NEVER go to. They let me place an order for curbside pickup just after 12PM when they open. Once I arrived, I called to get my food. Not to mention they don't have anywhere for you to actually park or any signs to direct you. They lady who picked up told me they were NOT open and I had to wait till 1PM when they would open to get my food. Are you crazy? Apparently I am because I did wait fourty-five minutes in the parking lot nearby till 1PM. When I called again, after a four minute hold, I was told they were too busy and I had to COME INSIDE to get my food. What? if I didn't pre-pay I would have left! Once I got my food, it was bad. Overcooked burger but still some unmelted cheese? Fries were cold and limp, undercooked. Please DO NOT go there.
I LOVE the 5 guys franchise but the location near Long Beach is just terrible. I had to wait 20 minutes for my food when the restaurant was basically empty. After the ridiculous wait 3 of the 6 burgers ordered were wrong. The manager had a super attitude too! I got a refund and will never go there again.
This is family owned and the burgers are pricey yes but you also keep coming back for one reason you didn't get enough of the FRESH ingredients babe. Cmaaann its free eat up!
