Exceptionally Rude Manager dude with makeup and attitude no Charisma or care the establishment. Legit this place has fallen in ratings from years ago. I couldn’t recommend people to eat here. The burgers are greasy and put on lopsided. I mean The establishment is modern and up to date. Wendy’s and McDonald’s are a better choice when it comes to management respecting and being kind to its customers. Don’t eat at this place legit avoid speaking to the manager dude.
Woman claiming to be a manager doesn’t follow the mask policy despite being less than 6 feet away from the food they cook for customers.I ordered on the app. My wife and I recently lost our pregnancy about 5 and a half months into it. My wife wanted a chocolate Oreo shake. They make her feel better. When I arrived to pick it up about an hour before they closed the “manager” told me she closed the ice cream machine an hour early and she can’t refund me because it’s on the app and that I would need to return the following day to pickup the ice cream. I explained it was for my wife and she said “ain’t you heard what I said? Get out of here and come back tomorrow.”I said I’m staying here until you refund me or give me my milkshake for my wife. No one told you to shut down the machine an hour early tonight. The “manager” decided to call the police on me and when the police arrived they asked me to leave and advised me to pursue a civil lawsuit with Burger King for the remuneration for the item never received. Is this how you do customer service?
Workers were very rude. The food was reheated many times. The place needs a new staff. The place should be shut down a day definitely checked by the health department I
Employee seemed to have an attitude and the order was wrong after it was repeated back to us correctly and the food did not taste at all like I remember Burger King throughout the years and I'm 41 years old and everything was cold and the taste like it was sitting out reheated food all day
Closed earlier than supposed to and didn't compensate for the inconvenience. They already took my money online

The food was good and this BK served the best onion rings I've ever had at BK. But this is the kind of place that needs to put a lock on the bathroom door. 'Nuff said.
