Not impressed for a four star restaurant
Food was good however the service was poor I asked for a club soda the waitress told me that they didnât have that. I asked to speak to the manager that I always order it there and never had an issue. She got lost for 10 minutes only to find it. Everything came out extremely slow they need to improve on their service
I was underwhelmed. Our waitress was sweet and did a good job but everything else was below what I expected for a $400 a night hotel.
Beautiful hotel and restaurant with gorgeous ocean views. Good food and fantastic, friendly service.
Let me start off by saying the restaurant should cover the valet parking. I have not been at the Allergria hotel in 3 years. The hotel is run down and the clientele has changed for the worse. The restaurant was very good and so was the service . We had Mariann. I just would never dress up to go there anymore. The restaurant and hotel are very casual
food was horrible. service was not great either. the location was gorgeous - clearly the place needs a lot of work on how to run a restaurant.
This restaurant used to be so much better. It doesnât have a point of view on its menu. Pizza? Meatballs? Crab cake? Ribeye? Pick a lane. When asked about a menu item our server didnât know and couldnât put a sentence together to express that. Itâs a shame. Beautiful view. Waste of a restaurant. Wonât be going back
Unfortunately, this place has gone downhill. I used to love visiting this restaurant when I was visiting family, but the quality of food is terrible. The server, Ricardo, was amazing! But the food is unfortunately not what it used to be. :(
Slow service good food
The floor was as if it hadnât been mopped or cleaned. The decor as far the seating, the walls and chairs needs a major upgrade. The Air conditioner was not cooling as it should sand felt above room temperature.
