Food was inedible and my husband didn’t finish his hotdog. We also went inside to use the restrooms and it was filthy. All the booths were nasty and greasy. Also their menu is limited. They got rid of basic chicken fingers and replaced them with chicken nuggets. We drove far to go as our yearly tradition and it was disappointing. The fries were greasy bits and pieces you had to scoop them up and piece together something to eat. We ordered ice cream also and it was melting all down the sides of the cone when it was handed to us. A huge mess and had to ask for napkins just to clean it up. Wasn’t hot that day either.
Been here a decent amount of times, something is wrong, either the love in the cook, the management or their supply is affected.The owner told me they're local spuds. But something is different.The taste is off, either it's a fish oil to conserve on costs, or it's the cook sabotaging the fries.If you see me, and your not sure. Ask me to try them.1st visit 10, second 10 , third 8, this last time I just thru it away.So if it ain't the cook or the grease, it's the supplier. Either way love is missing somewhere.I really liked this place, but I'm noticing irregularities.Please figure it out.I enjoy all of Lockport local business first and foremost.

They still have the original wide waters fries! The employees were very sweet.
Beautiful location on the canal. We were looking for a place to enjoy some casual dining in an outdoor setting and Wide Waters came to mind.Great red hots and coney Island dogs with fantastic curly fries. To top it off, the milkshakes ( they make any flavor that thy can with their large ice cream selection) were heavenly! All that for under 20 bucks, too!I think they will see me a few more times this summer!
