I order from this Wendy's location often and normally the quality is great! These past few times I've ordered though it seems as if the intercom for the drive thru isn't working properly or the people taking my order aren't listening because I get the opposite of what I order. I still eat it because it's great food but I'd like what I ordered. Food is great and the people are polite but I just think they're trying to go too fast when it's busy and aren't listening.

So I ordered my usual today and I went to eat my sandwich took like 2 bites of it then went to take my lettuce off of it due to the fact that it was a big piece and I couldn't eat my sandwich cuz of it... I happened to notice this little black thing on my lettuce, and I'm really looking trying to figure out what it is, and it turns out to be a very tiny bug.... It looks like 1 of 3 bugs either headlice, a baby flee, or a little tic.... What ever it is, it's dead obviously but it's disgusting and the fact that I almost ate it.... All these fast food restaurants are going down hill and actually rushing instead of taking there time... Not to mention I went there last night ordered my usual sandwich and the bacon was under cooked... The bacon is supposed to be crispy not rubbery and chewy.

the vanilla Frosy was liquid, no ice in the fountain machine. no drink mix in the fountain machine when you tell employees they get your drink from another fountain machine in the back .management was told and nothing was done and they weren't busy so someone had time to load ice and replace drink mix's.food all over the floor in the back next to frier.

Better customer experience than the others in town

Been to many Wendy's in the area and this one is by far the best!!!! Friendly staff, fast service, food was fresh.

Ordered a hot honey chicken sandwich because of the pickle chips specifically.. was given my food without being told they were out of them. My burger was made wrong and literally had the cheese sliding off the side. when I called to get it fixed the girl on the phone was so rude! Literally said "well what do you want me to about then?" Sometimes we can't just up and leave work after our breaks are over because of someone else's mistake! Luckily the manager took over and fixed the order and threw a few things in to help. She made my burger perfect and I left happy. Their employees just need to learn a little politeness goes along way with customers.

This is practically the last place that does spicy chicken sandwiches right. They make spicy batter instead of using a sauce.

I live and work in lockport so i visit this location fairly often. No matter what time of day it is Noon/Dinner rush/2 hours before close their food is consistently terrible. Every employee acts like they would rather be anywhere else (i dont blame them) and sometimes fairly aggressive if an issue is brought up. I make sure to be curtious whenever there is an issue but lately i can't even bring myself to complain because of the hastle.

No napkins, warm fries, cheeseburger,2, were barely warm, cheese wasn’t even melted. Really, you pay that much and they’re in such a hurry. I guess whoever is running things. I guess they get paid more now and the hell will the customer.No pride in your work.

It's your typical fast food place . Pretty good.
