I enjoyed a wonderful dinner with my parents. From the moment we arrived we were greeted by the hostess, she sat us right away. But first asked if we’d like a table or a booth. We appreciate that because a table is more comfortable for us. Our waitress Lola was 5 star, phenomenal service! The food was delicious and priced reasonably. Yummy leftovers tomorrow.
Little to no wait even when super busy. Thre staff is extremely friendly and attentive as well. And of course, the food is great!

It is always a pleasure to dine at the Village Eatery. I've always had excellent meals, and the staff is wonderful.
We met long time friends for lunch this afternoon at The Village Eatery in Lockport, NY. The wait staff was attentive and knowledgeable taking time to explain the specials and refill drinks. Kudos to the kitchen staff - our meals arrived promptly and expertly prepared. Great food and atmosphere.
I visited the Village Eatery for an office Christmas celebration. It was decorated beautifully inside for the season, great mood setter! The menu has lots of great selections along with a daily special. Our server Jordan was amazing! Highly recommend!
Usually they are decent… food is good, if you plan to dine there.. but some of the staff have an attitude.I tried to order for delivery and was told they only deliver a four mile distance and that we were 4.8 miles away. Google Maps has them listed as 3.6 miles. So they lost a sale tonight and probably a loyal customer.
The service was good. The food was good. It is a busy place but we enjoyed ourselves.
