Attitudes out this world, disrespectful and don’t want to do anything but be on the phone.
- Waited in like for 23 minutes and couldn't leave the line. There was only 3 cars in front of me!- Overcharged me- Charged me for higher priced items than what I ordered.- Got order wrong (& didn't know until after I got home).- They were out of more than half of what I ordered initially.- No apology- Rude as they could possibly be at the window to finish it off.
I just return to my work after going through the Tim hortons drive-through on the corner of North transit in Lockport New York. As I was pulling away through way there was no sign stating that there was a curb right in front of the left tire so so as I was driving away my rim was severely gouged. Spoke with the district manager Michelle Harris about a issue with a curb that's damaging people's rims including mine today badly when they pull away from the drive thru window. She basically stated it's not crosbys fault yet the curb is connected to the building you own. So she insisted that I contact my insurance and then I'll most likely have to pay a deductible for something that wouldn't have happened if there was proper sign or something. Hoping someone can actually helped resolve this issue rather than sweep it under the rug. Thank you

I saw a guy in the restroom, he had some white stuff on his mouth, probably cream from a donut.
Was picking up a doordash. Employee told me they didn't have any hash browns for the customer after I waited for 15 minutes.... Manager hooked the customer up with some muffins and a couple of timbits for me too LOL thank you
I just stopped there and if I wasn't late for work I would go back I ordered a black coffee I got a coffee with creqm in it I ordered a BLT sandwich and I got a sandwich with no bacon on it very disappointed and mad
It is by far the worst Tim Hortons in the area! They mess up my order almost every morning(not sure how hard it is to read off of a screen)I’d be more understanding if it was a mess up every once in awhile but it’s nearly 3/5 mornings something is wrong and my order is quite simple. Sad I have to drive further before work to go to the Tim Hortons near Millersport and pay more just for an accurate order. Pretty inconvenient for your loyal customers.
Dear Employees,When a customer orders cold brew and you don’t have it made, nicely tell the customer so they can substitute or decline that part of their order.Hearing the young man say “just use iced coffee & if anyone orders cold brew tell them we’re out next time” is not acceptable to the customer waiting in ear shot. So they served it and I took it because the women at the drive through seemed to be the one hustling around that kitchen.In the future, if you’re out of an item just tell your customer.
Lots of cars in the parking lot, but always tables available inside! Fast service!
