Great to have Pumpkin Spice back !
I've been going to tim hortons for a very, very long time, when we moved last summer 2020, this is the location closest to my home, and I've never been to a better one!! The staffing is always consistent, the same people have been there for quite some time, they are always so kind, they know what I get and have it prepared for me as soon as they see me, everyone greets me by first name. I have always been treated so wonderful, when new people come in, the girls always show them how to make my drink, and they always give my morning before work a great start! Stellar customer service, Even if we happen to not be going that way, we will drive out of the way to go to that location! I've seen people come in and complain about things completely out of the employees control, and treat the staff badly when they customer come during the busiest time in the morning, when I hear this, I always will tell a customer that they are doing their best, and this is 100% true! It's not just the morning shift either, it's morning, afternoon and evening that's all have wonderful employees!! Kudos to this shop! Again, wonderful staff, wonderful customer service! The way they are at this location should be the standard for all locations in the area, and the other locations are nothing like them! This is an amazing store, i would rate them as a 10/10!
When you ask for a medium drink and instead you get a medium cup half coffee and half whip

Sick of every time I go there ask and pay for extra cream cheese on not one but three bagels I get barely any! Then when I ask for butter on the other one they put cream cheese on it!! Pay attention to people’s orders!!! I’m sick of paying an extra for something and not getting it!!!

Terrible, I just spent over 5 minutes waiting for 10 Timbits and a chocolate milk. Not one other car in the drive thru. The guy behind the window in the Drive-Thru stood there for almost a minute talking to another employee before he finally opened up the window and handed me the Timbits. Awful awful customer service
