I just return to my work after going through the Tim hortons drive-through on the corner of North transit in Lockport New York. As I was pulling away through way there was no sign stating that there was a curb right in front of the left tire so so as I was driving away my rim was severely gouged. Spoke with the district manager Michelle Harris about a issue with a curb that's damaging people's rims including mine today badly when they pull away from the drive thru window. She basically stated it's not crosbys fault yet the curb is connected to the building you own. So she insisted that I contact my insurance and then I'll most likely have to pay a deductible for something that wouldn't have happened if there was proper sign or something. Hoping someone can actually helped resolve this issue rather than sweep it under the rug. Thank you
They no longer serve you a donut on a glass plate nor coffee in a glass mug. I'm really not a person to drink coffee out of paper and not being able to put my donut on a plate only in a bag or dine in.
Cafe mocha was perfect. Line went fast. Unfortunately one of the uash browns was burnt, but NOT a huge issue.
This location is always on point and the staff is so much more pleasant than other locations I've been to.
these are the hours of this store. this store started closing at the end of may and will most likely not be 24 hours anytime soon. the ONLY day this store is 100% closed is christmas day.also, they’re hiring and are in desperate need of new employees.
We ordered 3 very simple breakfast sandwiches. At least 2 of them were obviously thrown together in a rush and practically inside-out when we got them. We asked specifically for no ice in our drinks and all 3 had ice in them. The hash-browns were limp and oily. It was a simple breakfast that turned out awful and,, looking back, we really should have passed on.
Make sure you tell them you want your tea hot. The guy at drive thru is sooo rude.
Had only a drink and it was good, better then other Tim Hortons locations.
Pretty busy, but my favorite location. Kept very clean too.
