Attitudes out this world, disrespectful and don’t want to do anything but be on the phone.

I just return to my work after going through the Tim hortons drive-through on the corner of North transit in Lockport New York. As I was pulling away through way there was no sign stating that there was a curb right in front of the left tire so so as I was driving away my rim was severely gouged. Spoke with the district manager Michelle Harris about a issue with a curb that's damaging people's rims including mine today badly when they pull away from the drive thru window. She basically stated it's not crosbys fault yet the curb is connected to the building you own. So she insisted that I contact my insurance and then I'll most likely have to pay a deductible for something that wouldn't have happened if there was proper sign or something. Hoping someone can actually helped resolve this issue rather than sweep it under the rug. Thank you

The only thing worse then the food is the staffs bad attitude. Don’t eat the soup ?

Decent location. Coffee is the same everytime. Staff is friendly and quick.

Ive been to this location many times. Not very fast but makes the products just as well as any other location. Normally in these times I would not deduct a star but the reasoning is I've had it to where an employee was leaning on the drive-thru window talking for over 3 minutes to a friend before they left. They already had their product.

Waited 20 mins in line to find out they were out......

Customer service is hit or miss. There seems to be new employees every week. Sometimes they mess my coffee up too

This store consistently messes up the ordered weather it’s ordered in the drive through, counter or a delivery! The inept attitude from EVERY SINGLE EMPLOYEE in the that store is atrocious. I ordered a double toasted extra butter everything bagel I got a bagel barely toasted and next to no butter on my bagel. Both of my coffees have coffee grounds in them!! Way to go TH crew of the year right here.After returning my order to the store! The MANAGER simply told me that there was NOTHING SHE could do! No refund, no replacement of food or drink, only “have to takeIt up with the APP! It’s so pathetic, the most simple task of preparing a bagel and coffee and they can’t seem to execute it without issue!! The whole lot of them are just pathetic Lockport trash!
