Overall I’m usually very satisfied when I come to time hortons. But my last visit was horrible. Not only was the wait long but the after I was done with my drink I opened the cup bcs it tasted a. It funny. And they’re was stuff IN my drink. It was a water and they’re we’re black and brown specks floating around and stuck to the cup. It looked as if the cup was dirty before hand.

Went threw the drive up in Lockport on Robinson again today and my order was wrong. This time I said no cheese and they gave me double cheese and no egg!
Everytime I go to Tim Norton's there's one employee who always messes my order up. When I ask her to re do it she rolls her eyes
I was not impressed. Staff not that friendly...didn't give me straws or napkins!! Apparently, this happens all the time according to others I've talked to.
I go to the tim Horton's alot and the one i go too dysinger rd lockport . At 5 o'clock they are out of donuts everytine i stop and customer service has alot to be desired.

If I could give no stars then I would. This location has the absolute WORST customer service. I was waiting to order for almost an hour and it was just me and 1 other guy who just ended up leaving cuz they were taking too long. They would just walk right past me and look at me just standing there. Pathetic. You people need to work on your customer service skills or just fire everyone there and hire people with customer service skills
