Used to be a good spot to get ice cream, new owner is running it into the ground. Portion sizes are much smaller than they used to be; I'd rather pay more for a good size than pay the same for less.

Small walk-up ice cream shop with colorful seating on the side. Workers are fast and courteous. Great place for a split second decision to take your kids for a cold treat

Did not give me what I ordered and then gave me a hard time when I said something and refused to give me what ordered and paid for! Won’t go back!
A Lockport tradition we look forward to every Spring...the opening of Tasty Treat! Old fashioned feel and feelings of nostalgia from our own childhood memories of the classic ice cream shop. We made our own memories there with our kids and now we are doing the same with our grandkids.
I paid $7.75 for a quart of lemon ice that wasn't even full. I didn't check it before I left because I never had a problem in the past. I took pictures but didn't know how to attach them.

It's under new ownership. So while some of the classics of this staple Lockport ice cream shop have changed their name the concepts are still there.Still a good value. Still exceptionally clean looking. Still delicious ice cream treats.Get the banana barrel. Can't go wrong.
