Whoever said generous portions hasn't been to this location. This is the lowest portion subway in Lockport. You ask for olives and you're lucky to get 5 on a footlong, you ask for extra you get 8. Now my first job was at a subway and these portions would've never gotten by. The manager is awful, always stressed running around like a chicken with her head cut off, and she is very rude to customers. I ordered a steak sub and she gives chicken and then says I ordered the wrong thing? Take the extra drive to the subway up the street.
Subway is advertising capicolla subs on TV. When I tried to order I was told “no capicolla sub for you”? They will add it to another sub for an additional $4 but won’t sell you just a capicolla sub ?♂️ Offered to pay?. It’s ok there are other sub shops that I can purchase one. Ridiculous!!

I was extremely pleased and pleasantly surprised at the service I received at the subway in wrights corners I have been on a low carb diet and ADAM suggested the protein bowl steak and cheese I was able to add everything spinach black olives banana peppers etc he was very accommodating and also helped me select condiments low carb I will recommend everyone I know to visit Adam as it does not show up on the menu but he knew what I wanted and it was absolutely delicious. I have not been to a subway in years but honestly this was very good they should call it the ADAM SALAD
There was only 1 guy working and he was fantastic! We drove to there from lp, all the subways are closing early up here... smh... deff worth the trip!

They say they take American express but the machine won't accept it. Difficulty using coupons that do not have a barcode.
The lady who served my family and I today was very disrespectful and rude and wouldn’t take our coupons the food better be good because after all of that I don’t wanna go there anymore.
