We came to Lockport for the beast of burden ultra marathon.We wanted something we could eat at the park so we decided on subs.We had a ham and cheese and assorted Italian.Contrary to other reviews we were very happy with our selections.Yes it wasn’t spotless but food was very good and staff were friendly!
Great subs for the most part. Have been here several times. The restaurant is pretty dumpy and is usually very dirty. And while the subs are good, they just today for my husbands order wrong. And instead of a Buffalo chicken sub gave him a bbq chicken sub. My husband wouldn’t complain and ate it anyways but in my opinion it shows how this place is going downhill.
I would definitely not recommend going here after 5pm, my order was wrong, my fries tasted old, my wings where barley crispy and the wrong sauce and I asked for no onions or tomatoes in my salad and that’s exactly what I got, and I had to wait an extra 20 minutes for my order, I understand they where busy but this is just unacceptable
You'll pay for your food to be delivered and it will never come! We've made the same mistake twice. Never again. Shame on people claiming to have a business when they don't!
This place is like a mini community, after sitting here and seeing all the different people come in and out was very enjoyable. The food here is made with a care to serve and not to pump out item after item. I would recommend

Regularly buy from this restaurant. Food is very good. Usually get good service but today was not very good. Orderedout on the phone. On hold 5 times then got a very rude girl. I ended up cancelling my order.
I've ordered pizza twice at night, and I'm not doing it again. The pizza is always really good during the day, and the staff is usually friendly. But the night crew not so much. The pizza crust was so thin on January 19 that my pinky was wider, which usually isn't the case. Now tonight, January 25, my pizza is completely black on the bottom. Very disappointed. I would be giving one star if it weren't for having decent service earlier in the day.
I used to like ordering from this place I don't anymore. Some staff is exceptionally rude. And they messed up my sub and provided poor service in rectifying the issue. No one should order from here! Save your money and get quality food from someplace else.
Nasty! In the middle of the pandemic, there was no hand sanitizer in the whole place!People was sitting and eating! Nasty!
