Walked into dinningroom to grab online order and waited 5 minutes before they even acknowledged the guest infront of me. Then got ignored for another 5 minutes. After that waited more time for my online order to even get made. Customer service is lacking. Doesnt seem anyone can mulitask seeing as the manager is doing all the running around.
Thinking back to the insane lines when the store opened you'd think the food was out of this world. We ordered 12 piece family tender with biscuits and mashed potatoes. The tenders were very thin and boring. The potatoes were odd, almost a brussel sprout or broccoli initial taste at every bite. Very odd.... Normally we're fighting for the mashed and we barely finished 1 container. The biscuits were fantastic! I've been to other Popeyes locations that had a more varied menu, not sure if the menu company wide has reduced or if it's just this location.
Drink carriers flimsy. Spilled all over my back seat, into my truck speakers. Been doordashing for a year and never had that happen. Drinks spilled before I even got out of the parking lot. Resulted in a unhappy doordash customer who just wasted $10 on drinks. I feel like I sat down in a resturant and ordered.. that’s how long the wait is.
Hate to say this....but not good at all. Seems like All of the Popeyes serve sub-par, cheap, undercooked food. At your location, Had 3 piece chicken and chicken sandwich....both were wet and juicy and undercooked. Heavily breaded chicken. Felt sick for 24 hrs after eating. Potatoes were very seasoned and almost spicy. Worst $17 ive spent in my life. (No joke.)However....customer service and employees were great. ? Very friendly.
All my food was cold and soggy like it had been cooked and packaged for a half hour before it was handed to me.employees were not very friendly, and the contact page goes no where at the restraunt.
Construction going on for over a year and a half, no opening date, and no signs anywhere all leads to one conclusion. Money Laundering...keep it under construction for years just like in the Ozarks show
