This place has terrible customer service.When I originally posted my one star review it was because they made us wait in our car for around 30 minutes for our order and when we got home half our order was missing so had to go back to get the other half of our order which was now cold. No store credit, no apology. Next time we are there I got sick.I love kfc and used to visit the west Ave store many times but this store has gone totally down hill.
Forgot my son's chicken fingers we had to turn around after almost getting to kenyons on dysinger road because my son realized they never gave him his food!!! Got it and of course it was cold lady was rude as hell will never return.
Overall great and friendly service food very good a women name savannah take care of me and very helpful with my questions i ask if she was a manger causes she needs to be for sure she was the best one yet in awhile thank you for the service i will be back for sure
Tried their chicken sandwich. It's a nice plump breast with mayo and pickle. It has to be one of my favorite fast food chicken sandwiches. Everything was decent this time which definitely doesn't happen on a consistent basis.
Hand down the worst service ever, if you want to wait in a line of 3 people for an hour while these high-school drop outs try to figure out how to hit buttons on a screen and hand you food. By all mean come here. Otherwise wait for Popeyes to open. We all know this place will be shutting down soon
Just had an 8 piece meal and was EXTREMELY disappointed with it! The chicken tasted weird. It was very greasy. Not spoiled, but the seasoning was all wrong. The gravy was SO thick I had to add at least a half cup of water to weaken the taste. I don't know if somebody forgot to mix it up thoroughly or what, but it was very strong and salty. So I had to fix that. The Biscuits were still doughy in the middle.It's going to be a long time before we go back there again.
The girl with blue hair charged us for our food but forgot the gravy and silverware then acted like we were bring annoying for asking her for it. Then she blew us off completely when we asked for cups for our drinks that we again paid for.The manager tried to make up for it by getting us our stuff. This location is waste of money and you are not treated very nice.

Food was hot but stale, restaurant was very dirty, help was very friendly.Does the staff not take pride in where they work to make it clean and presentable?
Just wonder why they never have chicken pot pies at this location but its on the menu?
