Holy expensive stuff, Batman! Be ready for a good variety of cookies, that cost $4 each!! They are fairly large, soft, and dense, in a good way, cookies. They have lots of flavor, which the staff does not. You are buying local love baked in, just don't expect any love, or even a smile, from the young employees. It's convenient to grab a coffee or tea and head to the park and playground across the street, just bring at least bring $30 or more to get some coffee and a few cookies!

My aunt and uncle are in from Arizona and I really wanted to take them there for a delicious cookie treat…? As we pulled into the parking lot, we realized that Half Baked Cafe is closed on Mondays. ? When we got out of our vehicles to check the sign, a woman opened one of the windows and asked how she could help us!!! I couldn’t believe it! She happily waited on us and we were able to buy a half dozen cookies to satisfy our sweet tooth. Thank you so much for taking our order and allowing our out of town guests to savor your amazing creations! ?

The cookies here are amazing!! They’re super fresh, and they’re made with high quality ingredients. The choices of cookie flavors are never lacking. I’m always eager to see what new flavor pops up. The staff is consistently very friendly.Recently, I tried cookies from the popular place on Niagara Falls Boulevard, and I was not a fan! Half Baked cookies are sooo much better!!
Best cookies I have ever had! This cookie/ice cream place is super cute and delicious! They have a decent sized area to eat and everything was so fresh. The two younger girls working were very sweet and patient. I cannot wait to go back in the summer to get some treats and then take my daughters to the awesome playground across the street!
I'm so happy they offer gluten free and vegan cookies along with the regular cookies. Delicious!!
Nice staff, really tasty cookies. They are huge cookies, one of them fills you up instantly. I brought some home with me and they stayed good for a few days, that's really cool. Definitely have with milk. My favorite was The Monster (I think. M&M one).
Half Baked was such a welcome addition to Lockport when they opened. We've been here at least once a month and the cookies are good. The staff has been super hands off and unwelcoming each visit recently and this past experience was all around awful. For $4 a cookie, I wasn't expecting raw dough. I'm a huge fan of gooey cookies, but this is just plain raw. The employee didn't even look up when we walked in, it was just cold all around. I want to love them, it's great to have another local bakery, but this is just disappointing.
