Orders always wrong. Ordered an extra patty with bacon cheeseburger in a bowl all the way. Didn’t get lettuce, didn’t get mayo, didn’t get a1 as requested and didn’t get extra patty. Asked the guy if I could get the extra one and acted like I was bothering him and went and laughed at me with the girl cooking the hamburgers. Bad service as always, better off driving to the location on the blvd by Trader Joe’s. That place is 100x better food AND the staff is great.
This was one of the best dining experiences i could ask for. From the great customer service from a helpful and energetic young lady. To the extra bag of fries given with our order. Our first time going into a five guys and we are blown away. Cant wait to go back! Ps thanks for the free milkshake it was to die for delicious!
Just wanted to comment how refreshing it was to experience an employee working hard with a great attitude! His name was Torree C according to our receipt. I am hoping the owner see’s this and knows he treated Five Guys like he owned the place (in a great way) and let’s him know! A simple “thank you for coming and have a great day” was much appreciated in the world we live in today!
Never been to Lockport NY 5 Guys so we met another couple there. Long story short, my burger didn't taste good and the fries were greasy. The malted was good. We barely made it to the theater and I ran in to use the restroom and barely made it. I've been to the one in Batavia NY and thought it was great.Also.. 4 burgers, 1 small fry, 1 large fry, 2 milkshakes and 2 sodas =$61.00? Wow
On Friday, January 14th, we went to the Lockport location. We ordered at the counter, for our food to go. Looking at the receipt 2 of the 3 burgers we ordered we wrong including the milkshake. We placed a 2nd order (correct burgers). Our order might if been correct if the music wasn't so loud. I'm sure he couldn't hear us ( yes we were wearing our mask). This hopefully is an isolated incident.
Out most recent visit could have been better. First off, TURN DOWN THE MUSIC!!! Trying to place your order and compete with the music while wearing masks is ridiculous! Food was delicious as always.
Good except they didn't give me my drink cup that I ordered and paid for.
Wonderful friendly service. Your first thought might be expensive, but wow are the burgers and Fries worth it!
Hey 5 guys.. Can you stop putting the foil on so tight the burger roll gets super mushy. And please turn up the fryers. Last 3 times, my fries were RAW. And I always order them well done. Do Better!
Always great burgers since we can't get in and out maybe they'll put animal style on menu
