Had pizza and wings, other half claims the mild wings had a kick to them, I thought they were good, but maybe a minute less in the fryer. The pizza was a pleasant surprise. The sauce was perfect. They're generous with their toppings. We had pepperoni and mushrooms(fresh, not canned). It also seemed more cheesy than other pizzerias in the area. We will definitely order from here again.
Ordered a pizza with pineapple and anchovies, got home and the anchovies were in a cup on the side, not cooked into the pizza. We didn't ask for that (assumed they'd be on top of the pizza) which was really weird. Called to let them know and they offered to make a new pizza right away. The new pizza wasn't necessary so I was able to get a credit for my next order! Simple mistake that was quickly remedied, would still return.
I've probably ordered from the Lockport location a dozen times since opening. Never an issue until yesterday, where the pizza I received was completely wrong. I ordered sweet sauce, double cheese and regular pepperoni; what I got was the complete opposite in all respects. Called up the restaurant and they quickly got a manager for me who said that mine probably got mixed up with another customer's and offered to replace it for free and let us keep the original. True to his word, less than 20 minutes later a fresh, correctly made pie was at my door. Now that's service! (Left my review here because I guess you can't do reviews on the Lockport location page?)
I don't understand the bad reviews..my wife and I have had pizzas from many pizzerias in Lockport and by far this is the best. we had a large party with family and friends and the pizza and wings were a hit. We no longer have to look around anymore for a good pizza. Stop in one day and try one of their slices especially the sweet sauce.
They completely screwed up the order. Wrong toppings than what I asked for and the wings were awful. Not only did they get the pizza order wrong, they also screwed up the wing order. I ordered 12 wings and asked if I could do half garlic parm and half jerk. They said they were only able to do that with a 24ct order. Understanding that this is probably their policy, I tried to work with them and offered to pay an extra $1-$2 or whatever they thought was fair, and they still said they couldn't do it. i finally ordered 12 wings with garlic parm and a side of jerk sauce. What did I get? ...12 plain wings (completely overcooked and dried out) and one side of jerk sauce. they weren't even edible. so i basically paid $40 for one of the worst meals I've ever had. Will not be ordering here ever again. Way overpriced for extremely sub par food
Cusimanos is new to Lockport (has been in Medina). I decided to give them a try because their coupon for pizza and wings was the best price. When I called to orderA. They were pleasant to deal withB. They couldn’t find the coupon I was talking about which was fine, there was another deal. However, they took the time to find it and then, called me back to tell me we were good.C. When I got there, again, everyone was extremely pleasant and they helped me get my order to my car.D. The wings (honey BBQ) were delicious. The pizza was very good and, it came with breadsticks.Overall, great place, great food and I’ll be going back!
Well after giving this place multiple tries, i can officially say they SUCK. First time was passable my chicken fingers were decent but my wifes wings were soggy and a couple still had some rawness to them. Second time i tried their calzone and it was burnt and chewy and my last time i got the stromboli and it was over done outside and full raw dough and i ended up getting sick. My advice stay away from this place!!!
Pizza was terrible. My shoes stuck to the floor, made an awful peeling sound every time I moved. Staff was mildly pleasant, but somewhat dismissive. Like they wanted to be anywhere but there. Overall, not worth it. Very disappointed.
Ordered boneless wings and a Stromboli. The Stromboli dough was raw and cold. The wings were overcooked and very dry. All there sauces were prepackaged from Ken's.
I was told they had the best breakfast pizza and I went and purchased a piece of it and sank my teeth in hoping for the best because it sure looked good,I took a bite and wow I smiled because it was soo good.New restaurant off to a great start and the other food I tried was in my opinion better than the others in town.Also with how high everything cost today I had no complaints on the prices.Id give 10 stars
