It is 12:53am and I'm just waiting to ask if it's possible to get a medium sprite. I'm sitting here waiting and someone peaks around the corner looks at me sees that I'm here doesn't even bother asking if I they can help me with something he just turns around and walks away... They are so rude it's not even funny... The least u can ask is if someone needs help with something.. instead just looks at them then ignores it and pretends that no one's there... They need better people... I actually wouldn't recommend anyone to go to the one transit one in Lockport NY.
I'm usually sympathetic to workers because I have worked Wendy's during my college days; however I am disappointed with the service overall. The gave me old and cold fries and old beef patties that were burnt for at least an hour or so with limited condiments. They didn't provide me with a receipt and they shut down their phone lines so that people couldn't give feedback. Usually I don't mind waiting in lines for food but at least make it decent quality food.
I order from this restaurant all the time, whether going in-person (which I usually do) or via DoorDash. I am more BK-biased myself for fast food burg, but bear with me. They've yet to mess up an order even when busy for me, which I'm grateful for. Their sandwiches are well-assembled, and their value menu feels like it has more bang for its buck than McDonald's or Wendy's. I swear I've ordered the same value meals for no more than ~$6 every time I've walked in. Always a treat when I swing by, whether out for a walk or shopping at Walmart or Aldi's.
I did a mobile order. So I could just pay & get home!! It went thru and confirmed. When I arrived about 10 min. later no order, no confirmation, no code!! Had to reorder AND REPAY!! Not a Happy Customer!! Still waiting for return of $$ for first order!!
Something just appreciated when peeps flipping burgers making as much as medical staff take pride in their work.. well done.
This place even when under staffed, is always on top of it. Friendly staff, food is always good, and clean environment. This is my favorite Burger King!
Whopper was horrible! Drowned in mayo!! Fries were ok.
Majority of the staff is very friendly. The place is always clean and most of the food is fresh. The only problem is almost every time I order, my sandwich is made wrong. I don't ask for no mayo to be a pain, I ask because of an allergy. Everything would be great if I didn't have to get things corrected every time. :)
My fries weren't hot, but my order was correct and staff were working hard/ feast to keep the line moving.
