This was the worst food and service I have ever received! The waiter only came around once to refill our drinks. She never offered any special drinks and when my boyfriend asked her about the free one she still never gave him one. Also charged full price for a draft beer when the sign said 5$ drafts after 9pm. I ordered the tenders platter and the tenders were so tiny and nasty. I couldn’t even pull them apart the chicken was so rubbery. The fries on all of our plates were soggy and cold. The chips for our app platter was stale. The chicken on my boyfriends alfredo was burnt and so was my sons burger. Total coming to 82$ ! Definitely was not worth it! I paid for our bill on my phone using the scanable picture on the table. The waiter never came back with a receipt or tickets for top gun. Will not be returning to this place! I’d like to be contacted by a manager
Scarlett was our waitress at first she seemed efficient enough however after a table of 10+ sat by us and she took a lot of time getting their drink order she brought their drinks and took their food order and kinda as an afterthought she brought our food after she put their food order in....everything was cold and obviously had been sitting in the window for a while I will never go to Applebee's again especially this one you guys have been going down for a long time we usually go to Batavia but not this bad to summarize everything sucked I will trash talk Applebee's every chance I get and the table was disgusting and we didn't get our ticket to top gun
Service and waitresses we're absolutely terrible. We had a huge table and I don't think they should of had someone training with a table of 12 by themselves. Food came out separate so people were done before others. It was just awful and absolutely rude service.
If I could give 0 star I would. The wait staff attitude was horrible. There was nothing appetizing about the appetizer. We ordered the spinach dip which was over microwaved the first time, the second time was just a little better. The boneless chicken wings were hard. I ordered the steak and shrimp. The steak was to be medium well but came well done. The second steak was better but shrunk in size. Do not eat at this place.
If I could give zero stars or negative stars I would. Was there yesterday and ordered boneless wings for an appetizer. The wings were under cooked and over did with the BBQ sauce to the point you could of used the sauce for another order. The burger was also under cooked and over seasoned, you could taste the grease and the lettuce on it wasn't even fresh. Ended up getting really sick from there food. Never returning. I'll take my business elsewhere.
Every time I place a pickup order, they never fail to forget items that I ordered. It’s extremely annoying that I have to double check my order EVERY single time to see what is missing, and then they give you an attitude as if it’s your fault THEY messed up your order, and act like you are a huge inconvenience because you’re asking for the item(s) you paid for. Girls that work the front cashier also ignore you/ don’t acknowledge you when you walk in, until they feel like approaching you. Everytime I come in I am literally waiting for 5+ minutes. Also don’t order icecream because they will give you a scoop the size of your thumb, even if you order and pay for an extra scoop!
It was a nice place. I really loved it when I went here. The server and everyone else was super nice and the food was really excellent
Tuesday evening we made a poor dinner decision to go to Applebee’s, needless to say we didn’t have to wait for a table because the place was not very busy. However, we waited a very long time for our drinks, in the meantime we did order salads and our dinner and actually got our salad before the drinks. Eventually we did get the drinks and then waited and waited and waited some more for our dinner. Once this spectacle of a meal arrived we immediately noticed it appeared it was reheated prior to being brought to us- as the cheese was solidified in both meals in several areas but the plates were hot to touch and the food was a mix of Luke warm and hot throughout. The chicken in the chicken penne dinner tasted very similar to a rubber eraser. Needless to say we learned our lesson tonight.
Food is subpar. Taste like everything is made from frozen foods. Definitely will not eat here again! Finally hair on the chicken quesadilla?
I used to go to this restaurant once in a while, but now I do not plan on going to this restaurant at all.There was a young hard working lady that worked there that was threatened with being terminated because she dyed her hair red. Such a policy seems downright stupid to me. It's not a bank, it's not even a high-paying job and they expect people to dedicate their personal lifestyles to them or something. Its not the 1950's, its 2022 and that policy is very outdated. Besides I just don't understand why they would have a policy like that. I don't understand how a person's hair color affects their customer service. Are people going to look at them different? Like oh I'm not going to get dessert today because you have red hair. Or I'm not going to eat at Applebee's because there's a girl there that has unnaturally red hair. If they're going to drastically affect a young person's life over something so pointless, well then I'm just not going to give them my business anymore, and you shouldn't either...... APPLEBEES IS CANCELLED for me until they update their policy ?
